Q: What does a Partner Curator do? A: A Partner Curator actively save links of inspiring tech articles and learning resources to their Depths account using our browser extension. You don’t have to write or create any content in Depths - just bookmark what you’ve read and found inspiring!
How active do I need to curate content?
Q: How active do I need to curate content? A: We don't have an exact threshold on how much and how often you should curate, but we expect our Partner to curate links every 1-2 days. So try your best to visit different websites and share inspiring stuff to the community!
What kind of content should I curate?
Q: What kind of content should I curate? A: There's no strict limit on content type, as long as the content is inspiring and the author has put effor into it. So you can curate articles, tutorials, portfolio, code base, Twitter threads or anything similar. Therefore, we do not recommend curating short tweets, memes or other short content.
Can I curate my own content?
Q: Can I curate my own content? A: Yes that's totally fine - you can curate content you create as long as it's inspiring enough and you've put effort into it.
Who can be a Partner Curator?
Q: Who can be a Partner Curator? A: Anyone with passion to contribute and share their knowledge to the tech world is welcomed to apply. People with tech industry experience and domain expertise will be given priority.
How will I get my revenue?
Q: How will I get my revenue? A: You will set up a Stripe account to recieve your monthly revenue. Notice that currently we have only released our Referral Scheme, not other revenue program (will launch in Q4 soon). We will ask for your Stripe account details once you're eligiblie.
How will the application process look like?
Q: How will the application process look like? A: After filling the application form, we will contact you in a few days to schedule a call if you are shortlisted. In the call, we will tell you more about our vision and discuss your motivations. After the call, we will let you know the results in a week!
Do I need to code?
Q: Do I need to code? A: No you don't have to! All you do is to actively curate amazing articles and tech resources to your account. That's it.
I'm not a developer, can I join too?
Q: I'm not a developer, can I join too? A: Yes! We welcome anyone as long as you're in the tech industry - desginers, product managers, marketers and so on.
